Our thoughts are very much controlled by our memories. Did you know that 90% of our memories come from our ancestors, and that we have been accumulating them for over eons of lifetimes?  So, what we think we base our decisions on can sometimes have nothing to do with the thoughts of the moment.

And, did you know that you are aware of only 15 bits of information per second, while you actually have 11,000,000 bits of information per second you don’t even know about and are  playing all the time? These bits are past memories you have been storing, and those are the ones that control your decisions, opinions, judgments, expectations, and fears, all of which hold you back from reaching your true potential and inner peace.

When we do affirmations and visualizations, we are manipulating the 15 bits of information we are aware of! Those 15 bits think they know what is right and perfect! In Ho’oponopono we learn to let go and let God. Ho’oponopono cleaning opens us up to the goodness of God’s universe and works with the 11,000,000 bits we are not aware of. When we let go and turn it over to Him, He can transmute for us and we don’t even need to know or understand how it works!

This is what Joe Vitale discovered when he found Ho’oponopono, and this is why he said “Ho’oponopono is beyond The Secret.” Affirmations are only us telling God what to do for us, as if we know better than God what is right and perfect for us. With Ho’oponopono and the cleaning, you are giving permission to God who knows better to bring you whatever is right and perfect.

So, let me ask you this, do we want to affirm to God that we know better than He does, or do we want to let go and give Him permission to bring us what is right and perfect?

Even an illness is a blessing in disguise. Many times a pain could be a way of letting go of memories, since our body is ALL memories! I love the pain or the sickness. I say I love you to it as a way of letting go and allowing God to do the healing. I am not going to do it for the pain to go or the illness to disappear. I am going to do it so I can be at peace even if I am sick.

You see, God might do something different each time you let go and say “Thank you” and “I love you” because God knows what is right and perfect for you at that moment. You just need to say it. That’s it. You need to give permission instead of thinking YOU are going to solve it!

Same applies with visualizations. God is the one creating when you use any of the Ho’oponopono tools. If you can see God’s work, if you can see God’s transmutation, good for you. But you are not the one doing it. Your job is just to say it, and then let God be the one to create. God is the one who will bring whatever is right and perfect, and He doesn’t need you giving Him directions of what colors to use, or how to do it, or what the results should be.

Again, affirmations and visualizations are our arrogant way of thinking with our 15 bits of information, then believing we know better than God, so He needs us to direct Him.

Rev. Michael Beckwith says affirmations are like kindergarten stuff. We wake-up, we play with them, and we realize we are that powerful. Now we graduate and we can be ourselves. That is our job, to be. When you are, you are in the flow, you are allowing the Universe to guide and protect you, and put you at the right place at the right time. Sounds familiar?

As I always tell you, you have to do what works for you. I do not have any doubt that affirmations and visualizations can work. We are that powerful. We create with our thoughts. But, isn’t it better and easier to think “thank you” or “I love you,” let go and give permission to God, who created us and knows us better than anybody else?

Well, I have practiced letting go and giving permission for many years now, and all I can tell you is that today, I have much more than I could have ever asked for. In all my dreams I could have never imagined the life I live now.

How does the Ho’oponopono cleaning work:

The cleaning is initiated by the intellect. It is the mental part in you and the one that has free choice. God gave you the gift of the intellect (apple tree) to choose, it was not to fill it up with knowledge and to get University degrees. To choose what? Follow God or your memories and programs. Do it God’s way or your way. And please know you are choosing 24/7 all the time. Well, your programs are the ones choosing for you all the time, unless your intellect chooses differently (the cleaning).

What does it mean to choose the cleaning? Well, your intellect becomes a little bit more humble and says:

I am sorry, please forgive me for whatever is in me that is creating this. The intellect knows it is not GUILTY, just RESPONSIBLE. Responsible for what? Responsible for the programs playing in you and you don’t even need to know, or understand. There is a part of you that knows better and is waiting for you to give permission!

In order to clean, do I need to repeat all that? To clean, do I need to say the 4 words that I learned from Joe Vitale? When I clean, do I need to think and concentrate on what I am cleaning with? NO, NO and NO.

Just repeating thank you or I love you in your mind does it (the I am sorry, please forgive me for whatever is in me that is creating this is built in!) Thank you and I love you are the pass codes! Plus, you never know what you are cleaning on, nor you are the one deciding what it gets cleaned. You are just giving permission!!!

So, how does the cleaning work? When the intellect chooses to take 100% responsibility and to let go, it is like an order that goes to the subconscious mind (the inner child in you). The inner child in you is the one that holds all the memories and is the one that makes the connection to your superconscious mind (the part in you that is perfect) and it is the superconscious the one that makes the petition to the Creator.

Immediately after, Mana or divine energy comes down and cleanses you spiritualy, mentally, emotionally and finally physically. The response is automatic.

Important to know: All your problems are a memory playing in the subconscious mind. They are not at the physical level. The problem is the memory or the thought that created your problem at the physical!

Every time you say “thank you” or “I love you” you are letting go, giving permission to this part of you that knows better. This part knows even why that problem showed up, and what is the perfect solution for it too!

And, it is the law of the Universe. Every time you knock, the door opens.

The cleaning is like the game of the Universe and the rules are: 1 ) You trust that every time you say thank you, something happens even if you cannot feel it or see it. 2) No expectations. You do not know where it is going to come from. You do not know what is right and perfect for you. Sorry! Just trust and be patient. Become an observer of your life. You are not your problems. You are above your problems.

During my trips to Israel, I kept seeing this sign of the flor-de-lis on top of the foam in the cappuccinos.  It left an impression but I thought little of it until my very last trip. I was having lunch one day by myself at the beach in Tel-Aviv when the waiter brought me a cappuccino, and I saw it there so clearly. I got the goose bumps and I asked; “Is this a cleaning tool?” Then the goose bumps came even stronger. I had many of these rushes coming and going through my body, as I also asked if it was ok to share it with people. More cold rushes!

It is not very common for me to have these sensations (remember, I am Argentinean, Jewish, accountant and Virgo).  All of which keeps me in battle with my intellect, but in this case, I was sure the Universe was trying to tell me something!

I didn’t have any doubt in my heart it was a cleaning tool, but I decided to check and confirm it with Ihaleakala, as I wanted to be sure.  At other times I have gotten my own cleaning tools through inspiration, but I knew this one was a different and special one.

When I asked Ihaleakala, this was his response:

Later on that same day, he sent me another e-mail saying: “Our minds are stuck in constant warfare with ourselves!”

Yes, think about it the worst wars are the ones inside our heads. Our thoughts, beliefs, opinions and judgments, are our worst enemies. Everything we see is through our own perceptions, what we decided to believe was right or wrong.

If you are ok, everybody will be ok. Peace starts with you.

Please don’t let the intellect convince you that it is easier to suffer and worry than to repeat mentally “I put the Flor-de-lis on the situation."

We all need to be reminded and how Ihaleakala says: “We need all the help we can get!” so you can put the picture you see here around the house or at work as a reminder to do the cleaning and to support you on your way. Like Ihaleakala says, “I don’t know how to complicate it and make it more difficult so that you would believe me when I tell you it really works.” Moreover, his trainings are always the same, with the same information. The only way to go deeper, is re-taking the seminars, re-listening to (CDs, teleseries and podcasts) as many times as you can. Then find ways to re-mind you to do it and practice, practice and practice.

Some people have taken the training once and/or learned from the Internet and start teaching it! They think they know! They think it is easy. They don’t continue going through training because they say they know it already!! This has become a serious concern to many of us that have trained for years and still have much to learn.

Ihaleakala always says it looks easy to teach, but it is not. Maybe now, after 13 years of practice and hundreds of times in training myself, I can now explain why. Ho’oponopono is not transmitted verbally only. Many things happen during training and it takes many levels of training to achieve true inspiration.

First of all, your training starts as soon as you sign up, because hopefully your teacher is cleaning from the moment you signed up! The cleaning has to be done before, during and after the training. The room has to be prepared in advance by intense cleaning also.

You have to know how to open and how to close a Ho’oponopono training. You do not want to leave loose ends. Very important, otherwise, you are doing a disservice to people.

You have to be cleaning all the time. Attendees benefit not only by receiving the information but by our cleaning!!! If I am not cleaning while I transmit the information to you, I have come to realize that there will be hell to pay later. If I give the wrong information or answers, it comes back to me and my children multiplied.

It comes back to me and my children also if I share information I do not have permission to share!!!

Did you know that if done correctly, during the trainings, you can let go of memories that it would have taken you many lifetimes to do otherwise?

Did you know you come to the trainings with your ancestors? They are hoping you will get it this time, because whatever gets erased from you, will get erased from them (when correctly done)!

I don’t know about you, but I have already gotten enough to clean. I do not want to accumulate more on my way, only to gain fame or money!!?? Not worth it spiritually.

What is this new thing called, Advanced Ho’oponopono? And, how could so many be advancing it? You see, there is no such thing as Advanced Ho’oponopono. Not even Ihaleakala teaches an advanced Ho’oponopono. Check the trainings at the very source, http://www.hooponopono.org and and confirm this yourself!

People are using Ihalekala’s name saying they talk to him or they communicate with him often or that they have permission from him, so that you will believe them! Some are saying that since IZI, LLC came into existence, Ihaleakala asked them not to share, but he still talks to them, instead of telling you the truth; they do not have permission to do it!

Even if Ihaleakala talks to them and gives them information or special tools, those are for their personal use only, as sharing wrong information to the wrong people is detrimental to both parties.

Something I learned at the very beginning from Ihaleakala is that by “helping” others, they lose the opportunity to learn what they were going to learn by crossing the river themselves, and we get more things to clean because it was not right to help them in the first place.

As Ihaleakala says, we do not do it for you, we do it for ourselves:

1) The people that come to the training are our worst enemies. They come to give us one more chance and whatever gets erased from them, it gets erased from us.

2) We show up to see what will be said. We never know what we are going to say. We learn that in every training session we give and every training session we take.

3) We have to be conscious enough to know there is nobody out there but ourselves. So, I don’t need to help anyone else, I only need to help myself.

As guidance when looking for Ho’oponopono training: Ask how many times they took the training and with whom. Find out how many years they have been practicing and when was the last time they took the training. Make sure you ask if they only do Ho’oponopono or they practice other things? There is no way their inner child (subconscious mind) will do the cleaning automatically, if they ride different horses! Good luck, and I pray they are coming from Inspiration when they teach you.

I have been next to Ihaleakala for twelve years. I have a lot of behind the scenes information. He has taught me and given me plenty, and told me a lot of things about myself. That doesn’t mean I am going to use it to make money. You will not find that in my books. That information was right for me. It would be to my own detriment to share them with you. I do not know what is right for me, how could I know what is right for you!!?? Some info and tools that IHHL gave me, will always remain secret and sacred.

When special tools come up to Ihaleakala in training for example, those are for that group ONLY. No accidents –– who is there, who showed up and who didn’t show up.

That you can pay people to clean for you? Please open your eyes! Do those people know how to clean, really? If they knew, they would know there is nobody to clean for but their own thoughts of people! If they want to help you, they need to help themselves.

I always put God (Love) first instead of memories, every moment, with every step I take, with every decision I make, not only 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night, but all day everyday.

Ho’oponopono is a way of asking for the help and giving permission. It is doing it God’s way instead of my way.

It is Universal law that when you ask you will receive that when you knock, the door will open.

See, we say we let go and let God but we worry. We say we let go and let God, but we think!

In order to see the results, you need to let go 100% and TRUST. You also have to ACCEPT that God knows best what is right and perfect for you. Since you don’t know what that is, your job is to let go and let God and be open to the opportunities that will come your way.

You need to stop creating labels: “This is right”, “This is wrong”. This is correct, this is not. This is working, this is not working. You don’t know! Your intellect will never know.

My teacher, Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len always says that if we only knew what happens every time we say “Thank you” or “I love you”, we wouldn’t stop doing it. We would be cleaning (letting go) nonstop.

Every time we do our part, give permission (letting go), God does His part (transmutation). Because our intellects cannot see it or feel it, we say this doesn’t work! Well, we have a lot to clean, so keep cleaning and start trusting.

There are two very important Universal laws we need to remember: The Law of Least effort (Ho’oponopono) and the Law of Detachment (Accept that everything is a blessing in disguise).

God is easy. Life is easy. We are the ones complicating things every time we engage and react instead of letting go.

The wonder of life is that there is no one out there to "save" but ourselves!

We experience problems as memories replaying in our subconscious mind. Self-Identity through Ho'oponopono is about cleaning, setting free the information -- memories -- in our subconscious that we experience as ourselves as somebody being sick, as being imperfect.

People are in fact perfect, a creation of Divine Love. You and I are perfect too along with all of the other creations of Divine Love.

If other are perfect, why do we experience people as sick with cancer. The suffering that we experience as somebody sick is simply memories replaying the past AGAIN IN OUR SUBCONSCIOUS!

What is a problem? Memories replaying rebel powers as Shakespeare noted against Divine Love.

Where is the problem? In our subconscious.

What is the solution? To free the memories in our subconscious. "Love your enemies," a great sage said. That's exactly what we are going to do, you and me. We're going to love our enemies -- memories replaying problems, to release them, so that we can experience ourselves and everybody again as perfect creations of Divine Love.

Cleaning processes:

1. "I love you" dear memories in me that I experience as others and myself being imperfect, sick with cancer."
2. "Thank you" dear memories in me that I experience as others and myself being ill, being imperfect."

The Self-Identity through Ho'oponopono problem solving process gives you and me the opportunity to say to our memories -- errors -- that we are sorry for having created them, and that we ask them for forgiveness. This process petitions Divine Love to release our memories -- errors, returning ourselves back to our original state of Divine Love.
