Beautiful poem here by Krystyna -- thank you to her for writing, and to you for sharing! I believe Santa is already doing this cleaning . . . at least he is in my heart and house.
May you have a fun, joyous, and prosperous 2010!

- Advanced Ho’oponopono
Mabel,Thank you for writing this post. The more I practice with Ho'oponopono, the deeper it goes for me.
Like many, I did used to wonder about "Advanced" Ho'oponopono because there were references to it on the previous Foundation of I web site. But then it became clear that what used to be taught in the "Advanced" trainings was now being taught in the "Basic" ones too. I like the idea that the way to get more "advanced" with Ho'oponopono is simply to become more consistent in using it!
The more Ho'oponopono seminars I attend, something more comes up -- and the more cleaning I can practice. Also I hear more stories that bring the concepts "home" for me, in order to practice them regularly in my own life. Thank you for being one of my teachers, Mabel. I love you and Ihaleakala both, Kamaile, and Mary Koehler too. I look forward to learning from even more people in the future.
Peace begins with me,
Pam Pappas - Ho'oponopono - Letting Go of Fear
Hi Mabel,Thanks for this -- I'm reminded of the quote, "Don't believe what you think." I don't know who said it first, but it's a humorous way to remind us of what you're writing about here!
Many blessings,
Pam - Ho'oponopono TeleClass with Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len and Mabel Katz
Thanks so much for offering these phone calls to all of us. Many who can't show up in person get to learn how to do Ho'oponopono no matter where they are. The rest of us can just show up everyplace! Here's hoping you never get tired of us.
Love you both,
Pam Pappas - Ho'oponopono is Saying Thank You
Hi Mabel,Thank you for this important post -- and I guess we'll never know what's up with cell phones and passports in Holland. I bet they'll still be able to tell you're from Argentina, though.
"Thank you" is helping me a lot to get through some challenging things with my business. As I look at bills and revenue that doesn't quite measure up, I say "thank you" many, many times and keep working with my QuickBooks program. Even if I can't see a change in dollars and cents yet, my inner feeling shifts from worry and woe to peace and acceptance of where I am now.
Thank you for all you bring to us, Mabel. Safe travels to you!
Love,
Pam - Ho'oponopono and Deaf Frogs
Hi Adrian,Glad you enjoyed the story. I'm sorry that I don't know the author. The story has been posted in numerous places, but an author's name has never been included. There is even a variation of this story where the frogs are in a pit, trying to jump out -- one deaf frog thinking the gesticulations of his fellow frogs at the top are encouragement to continue jumping (also "Author Unknown").
I guess we'll just need to be grateful and content that someone was inspired to write these stories.
Peace,
Pam
