I have a ceeport pin I love to wear daily , I lost it for a while and I was so glad when I found it pinned to my shower robe which I hadn't worn for ages think I needed to be without it so as to begin a new relationship with it valuing it more and being detached with it .

I would love to attend a workshop with you one day soon when I am released from memories creating any obstacles to going like money fear resistance etc. I heard your voice Dr Ihaleakala in a dream once and it was very special .Thankyou for what you write here I love to read these posts - Your Identity and Ho'oponopono
thankyou Dr Ihaleakala your words calibrate vibrationally at 1000 which is top level truth and consciousness . Freedom is being our true self not being caught in our stuff going on thats not us just the memories and today there was a whole swag that surfaced and I spent the afternoon dealing with them and then with the person they were connected to so I was busy loving them and clearing them and then there were more, big stuff going going gone all the way to zero, all of this I say thankyou to I love you I let you go to God and so I am free to feel God and love and truth and be my self again. wow - Ho'oponopono Works!
I have listened to many of Mabel Katz's online radio interviews and some teleconferences also with Dr. Hew Len and read Mabel's book "The Easiest Way" over the last year and a half. I am always grateful for the tips and sharing that she gives to everyone. I have benefited from her insights and wisdom and her experiences with the cleaning. This method is one that requires you to put in the effort to achieve the state of peace and love that can be the result of ho'oponopono. You don't get it by saying give me what I want. You have to earn it by cleaning and letting go and letting God do what God wills. So we are all children of the Divine who can become aware that there is a loving parent (God) holding us at all times and that we can learn how to let go and trust that we are being held. If you don't like the "God" word, just substitute the "Divine" or any other word you like.
The anxiety we feel is just the memories replaying causing us to whimper and cry and feel scared. If we just quiet ourselves with the cleaning phrases until we feel at peace, then we can hear the loving voice of God telling us all is well and all is OK. If we can let go and trust that God is there in the silence and is always waiting for us to awaken to this truth.
I love you dear memories that displace my awareness of God and the truth. Thank you. I am free. I am home. I remember who I am. I can be at peace and trust that everything will work out perfectly according to the Divine's will, not my will of my wants and needs, but thy will be done.
The cleaning is necessary, for without it we are stuck in the movie of the illusion that we have created with false data. We can learn how to love and accept that all that is happening is only for our good and our benefit.

- How Ho'oponopono Works with Relationships
Thank you Isaac for posting the link to this article on Ho'oponopono friends. It was very well written and I loved what you wrote. A great article and very honest that helps one get the cleaning even more. It has given me more inspiration and trust in doing it with my partner and the difficulties that happen between us. Relationships can be our biggest problem or our greatest opportunity.I have been doing the cleaning for over a year and a half now and I see the truth of this method reflected in many other areas. Just yesterday I was reading a book called "Letters to Gail" by Paul Twitchell, the founder of Eckankar, a spiritual path that came out in the 60's. In one section he explained what I have read in S.I.T.H. about the conscious and subconscious mind.
Could I possibly have permission to post your article in other online places? If no, then I could just put the link to it and recommend it.

I always Love to reminded to clean! Thank you I love you!!!!
I am having too much fun cleaning! My mind and I have conversations now that get me closer to God, instead of getting me in trouble by being depressed, anxious or confused, in other words stuck. This is my third month of cleaning and everyday is an adventure. I have no idea what is going to come up next. The days and nights are full of clues that lead me to the next, I'm not sure what to call it, Dr. I'Haleakala calls it "the unfolding", and that is exactly what it is. It's kind of like a kaleidoscope, you keep turning it and turning it, cleaning and cleaning, and new patterns appear, nothing stays for long, and the relief is that the bad stuff goes away and the good stuff keeps getting better. I have had some perilous days, but I keep petitioning to divinity and the clues pop up and then things just happen and I keep unfolding under the cascading kaleidoscope lights. Peace of I.
Hi Mabel and Dr. Hew Len!
Thank You so much for all of the support You extend to help remind Me to clean and to trust in God.
Thought You might enjoy a couple of cool things I came across.
First, the story of Chiyono, a Buddhist nun who was surprised with enlightenment as she watched the moonlight reflected in the pail of water she was carrying. The pail suddenly split apart, and the water rushed out, taking the Moon's reflection with it.
"This way and that way I tried to keep the pail together, hoping the weak bamboo would never break. Suddenly the bottom fell out. No more water, no more moon in the water______emptiness in my hand."
another...
"A man becomes a Buddha the moment he accepts all that life brings with gratitude."
